Sharing Dashboards and exporting widgets


This article explains how to share dashboards. It includes the following sections:

1. How to share a dashboard

The option of sharing Dashboards between users is a useful tool in order to set up our Dashboards easily.

  1. First of all, we access to DEXMA Platform with a  SuperAdmin or Admin user
  2. We access to "Settings" menu, we go to "Users" zone and we click on the "Profiles" tab  Captura_de_Pantalla_2019-10-23_a_les_11.30.58.png  
  3. We click on "Create new profile"
  4. We indicate the basic data for the new user profile who will have access to all the Dashboards we indicate
  5. Is allowed to share all types of Dashboards: template, zone and location. Location Dashboards will be only visible if the user has access to the corresponding location.
  6. Once we have shared the corresponding Dashboards, these will appear on our Dashboards zone. Shared dashboards can only be modified by its owner (AND ONLY if the owner of the dashboard has NOT shared the dashboard with themselves. Sharing a dashboard with the dashboard's owner will remove the ability to edit that dashboard).



2. Adding a widget into any website

It is really easy to use: 

  1. First of all you'll need the hash of your widget. Introduce this code in your website:

3. Adding a widget in a Wordpress page
