In DEXMA we like to say that we want to be by your side from the start of your project to the end, so everything you need is unified in a single platform.

About us

Since you have already started working with us, we will have a strong and close relationship together along your journey with DEXMA, so we figured that you need to know a little bit about us!

How do we work?

DEXMA currently has 6 different teams:

Support and Reporting

From now on, every time that you have a need or question about our Platform, you will be able to:

When you can't solve your issues with our Help Center and report a case, you can do the follow-up using the same Help Center site. For this, you will have to create a username and password to get into our ticketing system and track from there all your cases.

Once you have your credentials, through this tool you can check your cases' status and solve, reply or just close them.
