In this article you are going to learn how to change your password.
Modify existing password
If you remember your older password but you want to modify it to increase the security 🔐, you can do it just by going to your Personal settings:
Your password should have the following:
- Minimum length of 8 characters
- Maximum length of 50 characters
- At least 1 upper-case character (R)
- At least 1 lower-case character (r)
- At least 1 number (3)
- At least 1 symbol (#)
- No whitespaces (“ “)
Forgot my password
This can happen... who hasn't forgot their password at least once?
Don't worry, through the Platform you can easily recover it by following the procedure described in the video under these lines.
This will send an email to your email address from where you will be able to modify your password.
My link has expired
If your link has expired, don’t worry. Just follow the steps in the “Forgot your password?” option and a new access link will be generated for you, following the process described in the video above.
It doesn’t matter if you’ve never created a password before: this process will allow you to set up a new one quickly and securely.
