How to add a new user
If you want to add a new user on your account that has never been created on the platform then you must create the user.
In order to create a new user follow these steps:
- Login to the platform.
- Click on "Settings", the gauge icon that you will find in the top right corner of the screen:

Choose "Users". In order to create a new user, select "Create new user":
- Configure the new user according to your preferences. Give the appropriate permissions according to the table of user roles. You just have to fill the following parameters and click "Create user".
(*) IMPORTANT NOTE: Please make sure the users' email addresses are created without capital letters. Emails are case sensitive in the EMS platform, this is, because the platform does distinguish between normal and capital letters in emails created).
Password setup for new users
- When a new user is created, they receive an automatic email with a link to set their own password. The link is valid for 48 hours. If the link expires, the user can also reset their password using the standard recovery process.
- If the email is not delivered, the system will notify the administrator.
- The password setup email is dynamically generated based on the domain’s branding.
- Important: To ensure correct branding in emails, make sure new users are created using an email address associated with your domain.
