What is a Load Excess alert?
The Load Excess alert is useful to know when you have surpassed the load excess limit set up on your contract for the main reference device of your location.
The alert notifies the excess by period.
NOTE: It is necessary to have configured the general reference device in the configuration of the location to be able to receive this alert.
Generate a Load Excess alert
In order to create a Load Excess Alert, you must go to Alerts and click on New alert.
Select the Load Excess alert and fill all the information in order to configure it properly.
- Basic information: Shows information of the main reference device defined in the Location: name, tariff structure according to the supply and price assigned to the device and the contracted load by periods in which the load excess penalty is applied.
- Activate?: the alert can be active or inactive.
- Notifications: If you want to see the alerts in real-time in the platform, flag the "Real time" option. In addition, if you want to send a real-time alert email to a user, write down the user's d email address.
- Summaries:Define if you want to receive a summary report daily, weekly or monthly and in which emails. The reports will only be sent if an alert has been triggered during the defined period (day/week/month)
